Rides Flipping (Pvt.) Ltd. operates an automotive marketplace, advertising platform, and service-coordination platform. This Policy explains the terms that apply to listings, Featured Ads, Boosts, and other paid or facilitated services offered on Rides Flipping.
This Services, Payments, Featured & Boost Policy (“Policy”) governs the paid and information-based services provided by Rides Flipping (“Rides Flipping”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through its website, mobile application, offices, representatives, partners and other authorized channels.
The services covered by this Policy include vehicle and motorcycle listings, Featured Ads, Boosts, automobile products, inspections, auction sheet verification, managed vehicle sales, insurance facilitation, transfer and registration facilitation, finance facilitation, advertising and other automotive-related services.
By purchasing, requesting or using a Rides Flipping service, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted this Policy and the applicable Terms & Conditions.
Rides Flipping primarily operates as an online marketplace, information provider, advertising platform, verification/ facilitation platform and service coordinator.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:
Customers must conduct appropriate due diligence before completing any transaction.
New Used-Car advertisements may be posted without a listing fee, subject to Rides Flipping’s Listing Policy. A normal listing will remain active for up to 30 days, unless:
Free listing availability does not guarantee any particular number of views, calls, messages, leads or sales.
Sellers may purchase enhanced visibility for their Used-Car listing. Available Featured periods are:
Featured pricing may be determined according to the vehicle’s engine CC/category and the selected Featured period. The applicable price will be displayed to the customer before payment.
A Featured Listing is an advertising and visibility service. It does not guarantee:
Where Rides Flipping permits a deleted or expired listing to be reactivated:
The same general structure applies to Used-Bike listings.
New Used-Bike advertisements may be posted free of listing charges and may remain active for up to 30 days, subject to platform policies.
Available Featured periods are:
Pricing may depend on the applicable motorcycle category/engine CC and selected period.
Deleted or expired listings may be reactivated subject to applicable charges. Normal and Featured reactivation charges will be displayed before confirmation.
Rides Flipping may publish:
This service is primarily informational. Prices, specifications, availability, taxes, dealer offers and other information may change.
Customers should confirm final pricing, availability and specifications with the relevant manufacturer or authorized dealer before purchasing.
Rides Flipping does not guarantee that a dealer or manufacturer will honor information displayed on the platform.
Rides Flipping may provide:

Rides Flipping may provide Normal, Featured and Boost advertising options for automobile parts. Featured periods may include:

Counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or unlawfully sourced products may be removed.
Rides Flipping may separately offer selected automobile products for direct online purchase through its platform. Where available:

Rides Flipping may provide Normal, Featured and Boost promotional services for rental vehicles and rental companies. Featured periods may include:

The rental provider remains responsible for:
Rides Flipping is not automatically a party to the rental agreement.
A Boost is a paid promotional service designed to temporarily increase the visibility of an eligible active listing.

The price may be changed prospectively by Rides Flipping.
Once successfully purchased and applied:
The exact position of a Boosted listing may depend on category, location, search criteria, traffic, other Boosts and platform ranking mechanisms.
A Boost may only be applied to an eligible active listing. A listing may be ineligible where it:
Customers may purchase multiple Boosts where the applicable package permits. Each Boost constitutes a separate promotional service unless purchased as part of a bundle.
Used Boosts cannot ordinarily be converted into cash or another service.
A successfully applied Boost is generally non-refundable. No refund will ordinarily be provided merely because:
If payment is successfully received but a confirmed technical failure prevents activation, Rides Flipping may provide a replacement Boost, account credit or other reasonable remedy.
Rides Flipping may introduce discounted packages containing:

The applicable bundle conditions, number of services, price and expiry date will be displayed before purchase.
Expired unused services may not be refundable or transferable unless expressly stated otherwise.
Rides Flipping may provide a paid managed-sale service under which the Rides Flipping team assists the customer in marketing and coordinating the sale of a vehicle. The service may include:
The Featured Advertisement under this service may have a one-month validity period, as specified at the time of purchase.
A 1% commission is payable after the successful closing of the vehicle sale. The commission is calculated on the final agreed transaction value, unless a different basis is expressly communicated before the service is purchased.
The customer must disclose the completed transaction where Rides Flipping has facilitated or materially contributed to the sale.
Rides Flipping does not guarantee that the vehicle will sell or that it will sell at any particular price or within any particular period.
Rides Flipping may provide a paid vehicle inspection covering observable areas including:
The inspection reflects the vehicle’s observable condition at the time and location of inspection.
The inspection is not:
Latent, concealed, intermittent or dismantling-dependent defects may not be detected.
Where the customer identifies a material concern relating to an inspection item within 24 hours, the customer may request a re-check of the relevant item, subject to availability and inspection scope.
The re-check is intended to verify the inspection finding and does not create an automatic right to a refund.
Inspection fees are generally non-refundable once inspection work has commenced or an inspector has been dispatched.
Rides Flipping may provide Auction Sheet Verification using third-party databases, records and information sources.
Before ordering a full verification, the customer should confirm available identifying information, including where applicable:
Where the identifying information matches the customer’s vehicle information, the customer may proceed with the full verification.
Rides Flipping cannot guarantee that:
Once verification work has commenced, the service fee is generally non-refundable.
Rides Flipping may facilitate contact with third-party insurance companies, brokers, agents or authorized insurance providers.
Rides Flipping is not the insurer unless expressly stated. The insurance contract is between the customer and the relevant insurer.
Premiums, coverage, exclusions, claims, approval and settlement are governed by the insurer’s terms.
Rides Flipping does not guarantee insurance approval or claim acceptance.
Rides Flipping may facilitate vehicle ownership-transfer services through relevant authorities and/or third-party service providers.
The customer remains responsible for providing genuine and complete documentation.
Government fees, taxes, biometric charges and other statutory costs are separate unless expressly included in the quoted service price.
Rides Flipping does not guarantee approval or completion within a specific timeframe where delays are caused by authorities, banks, biometric systems, missing documents or other third parties.
Rides Flipping may facilitate vehicle registration through relevant authorities or service providers.
Rides Flipping does not guarantee:
Government fees and statutory charges are payable separately unless expressly included.
Rides Flipping may facilitate financing applications through banks, leasing companies or other financial institutions.
Finance approval remains solely with the relevant financier. The financier may consider:
Rides Flipping does not guarantee approval, a particular interest/profit rate, tenure or financing offer.
Rides Flipping may provide paid advertising opportunities to legally registered:
Advertisements must comply with applicable law and Rides Flipping’s content requirements.
Rides Flipping may reject, suspend or remove an advertisement that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, inappropriate or otherwise contrary to platform policies.
Rides Flipping may advertise, organise or promote:
Separate event-specific terms may apply.
Rides Flipping may provide links, information and guidance relating to official government automobile websites, portals and applications for customer convenience.
Rides Flipping is not a government authority.
Government procedures, fees, applications and requirements remain subject to the relevant government authority.
Unless otherwise stated:
Paid advertising, Featured Listings, Boosts, completed verification services and services that have commenced or have substantially been performed are generally non-refundable.
A refund may be considered where:
No refund is ordinarily due merely because the customer:
Physical products are governed by the separate Return, Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Rides Flipping may remove listings, suspend accounts or restrict services where it reasonably suspects:
Where a service or listing is removed because of the customer’s violation, the customer may not be entitled to a refund.
Payment for Featured, Boost or other advertising services purchases visibility and advertising exposure, not a guaranteed transaction.
Rides Flipping does not guarantee:
Rides Flipping may work with or refer customers to third parties including:
Rides Flipping is not responsible for independent acts, omissions, delays or decisions of third parties except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and lawful information. Customers should independently verify:
A listing appearing on Rides Flipping does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.
By clicking “Pay”, “Book”, “Order”, “Confirm”, “Submit”, “I Agree” or an equivalent button, or by otherwise purchasing or using a Rides Flipping service, the customer confirms acceptance of the applicable terms and policies.
Electronic acceptance shall constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Rides Flipping may update this Policy from time to time.
The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect when the relevant service was purchased, unless otherwise required by law.
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Customers should first contact Rides Flipping customer support to attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, subject to applicable law.
